From Tokyo
By bus
Take Keio or Fujikyu bus for Kawaguchiko sta from JR Shinjuku sta west exit (on the other side of Keio dept) Tavel hours - 1hour50min , Costs 1700yen (most reccommended for everybody)
The last bus leaves at Shinjuku 17:10 to arrive in Kawaguchiko before 19:30.

By train
1 Take JR Ltd express "Azusa" or "Kaiji" , get off at Otsuki sta. (Some Azusa do not stop at Otsuki sta.) 2 Change train to Fuji-kyuko line to Kawaguchiko sta. Travel hours - 2hours45min , Costs 4100yen (JR Pass is not accepted for Fuji-kyuko, Costs 1110yen)
The last train leaves at Shinjuku 16:30 (JR Ltd Express"Kaiji") to arrive at Otsuki sta to catch the train at 17:45 (18:05 on weekend) to arrive in Kawaguchiko before 19:30

Take a Shinkansen to Mishima sta and change to Fuji-kyuko bus for Kawaguchiko station . Travel hours from Mishima sta -2hours , Costs 2130yen
The last bus leaves at Mishima 16:40 to arrive in Kawaguchiko before 19:30.
