We only accept bookings from 3 nights or more during the Tokyo Olympics (From the 22nd is July to the 9th of August 2020). 

Please make a reservation or check our room availability from HERE.

We accept bookings from the following dates:

To book dates in July 2020 please book from the 1st of August 2019. 

To book dates in August 2020 please book from the 1st of September 2019.

If you would like to book over the months end into the next month (August), 
please book each month separately or book both from the 1st of September 2019. 

Because of the current system, you can only book 3 nights or more for July and August 2020.

If you would like to book 3 nights or more from the 30th of July 2020 into August 2020 (or if the number of nights stayed in the month of August are less than 2 nights), please make the entire booking from the 1st of September 2019.

<<The following cancellation policy will be applied to the reservations for 22nd July 2020 to 8th August 2020 [the Tokyo Olympics] >>

* For reservations cancelled BEFORE 23:59 three days before the scheduled check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 10% of the total booking. (You will be charged 10% of the total booking if you cancel after reservation)

* For reservations cancelled between 00:00 and 23:59 two days before the scheduled check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 30% of the total booking.

* For reservations cancelled between 00:00 and 23:59 the day before the scheduled check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total booking.

* For reservations cancelled after 00:00am on the scheduled check-in date the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total booking.

*In case where no notice of cancellation is received (no-show), guests will be charged 100% of the total booking

*In cases where guests who have booked multiple nights of not show up for their first night and we receive no contact, the remaining nights will be cancelled and the guest will still be charged.

The same charges will apply even when cancellations are made after check-in.
Additional conditions may apply for reservations for groups of 7 people or more.
