Reservations
Reservations can be made online.
Please have your credit card information ready when you make your reservation.
Please read our FAQ before you make your reservation.
- We require all the guests to provide us the passport information.
- We accept your reservations up to 12 months in advance.
- VISA, MasterCard credit cards accepted.
- Linens included in room rates.
- Children aged 6 years and under may not stay in dormitory rooms.
- Reception hours 7:00-27:00.
- Check-in time is 15:00-22:00, Check-out time is 11:00.

You can easily make your reservation(s) with us by clicking " Online Reservations Button " below.
Credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation(s). However we do not charge any deposit or prepayment for your stay, you will make your payment upon your arrival. In case there will be cancellation fee it will be charged on your credit card.
Please note that if you would like to make reservatoin(s) for 10 people or more please click " Group Reservation Form " .
All the reservations for 10 people or more made by online booking will be cancelled under our terms and conditions.
Group Reservations - 団体予約
Bookings of 10 people or more, please complete our reservation form.
We will respond within 48 hours about room availability.
If you do not receive a response within 48 hours please resent the form.
※This is only for group reservation, if bookings of 9 people or less please use other method to make a reservation.
Cancellation policy
We require 72 hours notice of cancellation or any changes to your reservation prior to your scheduled arrival otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
* For reservations cancelled BEFORE 23:59 three days before the scheduled check-in date, there will be no cancellation charge.
* For reservations cancelled between 00:00 and 23:59 two days before the scheduled check-in date,the cancellation charge will be 30% of the fee for the first night.
* For reservations cancelled between 00:00 and 23:59 the day before the scheduled check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the fee for the first night.
* For reservations cancelled after 00:00am on the scheduled check-in date the cancellation charge will be 100% of the fee for the first night.
*In case where no notice of cancellation is received (no-show), guests will be charged 100% of the total booking.
*In cases where guests who have booked multiple nights of not show up for their first night and we receive no contact, the remaining nights will be cancelled and the guest will still be charged.
The same charges will apply even when cancellations are made after check-in.
Additional conditions may apply for reservations for groups of 10 people or more.
