Q: Do you provide any food？

No, we do not provide any food however you are free to use our guest kitchen at any time. Cutlery, cooking utensils, basic seasonings, microwave etc. are all available in our guest kitchens. Free coffee & tea is also provided. Alcohol and soft drinks can be purchased from our vending machine.

Is it possible to see Mt.Fuji from the hostel？

Answer

Yes, we have a viewing deck on the rooftop. You can also see Mt.Fuji from the lounge, kitchen and patio. Some guest rooms have a view of Mt.Fuji.

Is there a convenience store or supermarket nearby？

Answer

There is a convenience store, supermarket and restaurants around a 5 minute walk away.

Question 3

Do you have lockers for valuable items？

Answer

Yes, we do have lockers for valuables. Guests can use their own padlocks or free rental are available at reception. We can also keep your valuables at reception or our storage room.

Question 4

Is there a charge for bath towels, shampoo etc.？

Answer

Free shampoo, conditioner & body soap are provided in all showers & bathrooms.
Bath towels can be rented from reception for 100yen. Toothbrushes & other toiletries can be purchased for 150yen each.

Do you have a free parking lot？

Answer

No, our parking lot costs 500yen/night. As we are a backpackers hostel, our parking spaces are limited (maximum of 3 vehicles, reservation needed). Please let us know if you come by car. If there are no parking spaces available at the hostel, we will let you know about free parking lots (20 minutes walk). Otherwise you can use payed parking at the station.

Is Wi-Fi available at the hostel？

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hostel.

Can I check-in after the reception has closed ?

Answer

Reception closes at 20:00pm. It is possible to delay your check-in until the following morning, but it is necessary to inform us in advance.
The security code to enter the hostel changes regularly, so we will need to inform you of the code before your arrival if you plan to check-in after 20:00pm.

Can I reserve a rental bicycle in advance？

Answer

No, rental bicycles can not be reserved in advance. They are available on a first come first serve basis from 8:00am every morning.

Can you hold my luggage before check-in time ?

Answer

Yes, we can hold your luggage from 8:00am until you check-in (between 15:00pm-20:00pm).

Do you have any childrens' rates？

No, we do not have any childrens' rates, however children aged 6 years and under may stay free of charge if they share a bed with a parent (children aged 6 years and under may not stay in dormitory rooms).
