Reservations
Reservations can be made online.
Credit card information is required, please have your credit card ready when you make your reservation.
*If the number of guests is seven or more, please contact us via E-mail before you make a booking.

Please read our FAQ before making your reservation.
- We accept your reservations up to 12 months in advance.
- VISA, MasterCard accpeted.
- Linens included in room rates.
- Children aged 6 years and under may not stay in dormitory rooms.
- Reception hours 8:00-22:00.
- Check-in time is 16:00-21:30, Check-out time is 12:00.
Online Reservations - オンライン予約
After submitting the online reservation form you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail.
In the case of a credit card error even after receiving your confirmation e-mail your booking may be cancelled.
Please be careful to avoid mistakes when making your booking.
If you do not receive an automated confirmation e-mail you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly.
In this case please call us by telephone.

Cancellation Policy
We require 72 hours notice of cancellation or any changes to your reservation prior to your scheduled arrival otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
* For reservations cancelled BEFORE 23:59 three days before the scheduled check-in date, there will be no cancellation charge.
* For reservations cancelled between 00:00 and 23:59 two days before the scheduled check-in date,the cancellation charge will be 30% of the fee for the first night.
* For reservations cancelled between 00:00 and 23:59 the day before the scheduled check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the fee for the first night.
* For reservations cancelled after 00:00am on the scheduled check-in date the cancellation charge will be 100% of the fee for the first night.
*In case where no notice of cancellation is received (no-show), guests will be charged 100% of the total booking.

* For reservations cancelled between 00:00 and 23:59 two days before the scheduled check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 30% of the total booking.
* For reservations cancelled between 00:00 and 23:59 the day before the scheduled check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total booking.
* For reservations cancelled after 00:00am on the scheduled check-in date the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total booking.
*In case where no notice of cancellation is received (no-show), guests will be charged 100% of the total booking
*In cases where guests who have booked multiple nights of not show up for their first night and we receive no contact, the remaining nights will be cancelled and the guest will still be charged.
The same charges will apply even when cancellations are made after check-in.
Additional conditions may apply for reservations for groups of 7 people or more.
