What is "flowing somen noodle" ?

We unite the half-cut bamboo containers together and supply water stream in the device.
And then we flow the somen noodle in the water path.

You catch the noodle with your chopsticks and eat it dipping into the soysauce-based soup.

This is the Japanese summer scene of enjoying somen noodle in a very unique way!

It would be good opportunity for you to feel summer in Japan.
