About Facilities

• Can I check-in after the reception has closed?

  Reception closes at 19:00. It is possible to arrange for a room key left for you after the reception has closed, but it is necessary to inform us in advance. And we do not accept late check-in and early check out who stay one night only.

• How far and which is the nearest ski resort from the hostel?

  Hakuba Goryu&47 ski resort is the nearest ski resort from us. Only 10-15min on foot from the hostel.
  Also free shuttle is there in the winter season.

• When will the ski resort open and close?

  Sorry,we never know when the ski resort will open and close.Just depending on snow falling.
  Every season is different.But normally all slopes open before Christmas till end of March.Spring ski season till early May.

• Do you have lockers for valuable items？

  Yes, we do have lockers but they require a padlock.
  Free rental padlocks are available at reception. We can also keep your valuables at reception or our storage room.

• Is there a charge for bath towels, shampoo etc.？

  Free shampoo, conditioner & body soap are provided in all showers & bathrooms.
  Bath towels can be rented from reception for dorm room guests.Free of charge for private room guests.
  Toothbrushes & other toiletries can be purchased for 200yen each.

• Is there a convenience store or hot spring bath nearby？

  There are some onsen (natural hot spring baths) in Hakuba and it takes approx 5 minutes by car to get to them from the hostel.
  It is a 15 minute walk to a convenience store and 7 minutes by car to a supermarket.

About Services

• Can you hold my luggage before check-in time ?

  Yes, we can hold your luggage from 7:30am until you check-in (between 15:00-19:00).

• Do you provide any food？

  No, we do not provide any food however you are free to use our guest kitchen at any time.
  Cutlery, cooking utensils, basic seasonings, microwave ect are all available in our guest kitchens.
  Free coffee & tea is also provided. Alcohol and soft drinks are can be purchased from our vending machine.

• Do you have any childrens' rates？

  No, we do not have any childrens' rates, however children aged 6 years and under may stay free of charge if they share a bed with a parent (children aged 6 years and under may not stay in dormitory rooms).

• Can you store my luggage after check-out ?

  Yes, we can store your luggage for free until 19:00pm on the day that you check-out.
  If you wish us to store your luggage after you check-out, we can do so for a fee of 100yen/night per bag.

• Do you accept credit cards？

  Yes, we accept VISA, MasterCard, credit cards.
