Reservations can be made online.
We require your credit card information to guarantee your reservation.

Important message. Please read carefully before booking.
Our hostel is registered as a cultural heritage property, therefore we ask you to treat our facilities with great care and appreciation.
As our building is quite an old we apologize for any inconvenience caused by squeaking floorboards or voices from neighboring rooms.
Our hostel is primarily for individual travellers. For that reason, we may not be able to accommodate a group of 10 people or more.
Our dormitories have age restrictions. We are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 16 in our dormitory rooms.
K's House Ito Onsen is a NON-SMOKING property. This policy is strictly enforced.
- All rates are per person per night and include consumption tax.
- City tax JPY150 per person per night (JPY300 per person per night after 1st of Oct, 2025) will be added onto roomrates.
- Linens are included in room rates.
- Children 0 to 6 years old stay free of charge when sharing beds with parents.
- To guarantee your reservation, VISA or MasterCard credit cards are necessary.
- Reception hours 8:00～20:30.
- Guests aged under 16 are not able to stay in dormitory rooms.
- Check-in time is 15:00～20:30, Check-out time is 11:00.
- Rooms do not have TVs installed. Please enjoy the relaxing traditional atmosphere of our historical building.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after submitting your reservation.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly.
In this case please send email to ito@kshouse.jp.
In case your credit card is not verified, your confirmation will automatically be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
We require 72 hours notice of cancellation or any changes to your reservation prior to your scheduled arrival
otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
* For reservations cancelled BEFORE 23:59 three days before the scheduled check-in date, there will be no cancellation charge.
* For reservations cancelled between 00:00 and 23:59 two days before the scheduled check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 30% of the fee for the first night.
* For reservations cancelled between 00:00 and 23:59 the day before the scheduled check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the fee for the first night.
* For reservations cancelled after 00:00am on the scheduled check-in date the cancellation charge will be 100% of the fee for the first night.
*In case where no notice of cancellation is received (no-show), guests will be charged 100% of the total booking.
*In cases where guests who have booked multiple nights of not show up for their first night and we receive no contact, the remaining nights will be cancelled and the guest will still be charged.
The same charges will apply even when cancellations are made after check-in.
