• Do you have rooms with private bathroom?
• Is there a train/bus station or convenience store nearby？

About Facilities

• Do you have rooms with private bathroom？

  Yes. All private rooms are with private bathroom. (except for private use of dormitory.)

• Is there a train/bus station or convenience store bath nearby？

  JR Takayama Station and Nohi Bus Center is only 2 mins walk from the hostel.
  There is a convenience store 2 minutes walk, and supermarket 10 minutes walk from the hostel.
  
  

• Do you have lockers for valuable items？

  Yes, we do have small lockers in dormitory rooms but they require a padlock.
  Free rental padlocks are available at reception.

• Is there a charge for bath towels, shampoo etc.？

  Free shampoo, conditioner & body soap are provided in all showers & bathrooms.
  Bath towels are provided for all the private rooms (NOT for dormitory rooms).
  Bath towels can be rented from reception for 100yen. Toothbrushes & other toiletries can be purchased for 150yen each.

• Do you have a parking lot？

  Car parking is not available at the hostel. Public parking can be found near the hostel (1,000yen - 2,000yen per night).

About Services

• Can you hold my luggage before check-in time ?

  Yes, we can hold your luggage from 8:00am until you check-in (between 15:00pm-20:00pm).

• Do you provide any food？

  No we do not provide any food however you are free to use our guest kitchen at any time.
  Cutlery, cooking utensils, basic seasonings, microwave etc. are all available in our guest kitchens.
  Free coffee & tea is also provided. 

• Can you store my luggage after check-out ?

  Yes, we can store your luggage for free until 20:00pm on the day that you check-out.

• Do you have any children's rates？

  No, we do not have any children's rates, however children aged 6 years and under may stay free of charge if they share a bed with a parent (children aged 6 years and under may not stay in dormitory rooms).
