Reservations
Reservations can be made through our reservation form.
Credit card information is required, so please have your credit card ready when you make your reservation.
*We accept a booking only up to 9 people/2 rooms per group. (We may not be able to accept a group of 10 people/3 rooms or more.)
For your reference, please have a look at Events Calender of Kanazawa, and read our FAQ before reservation.
After submitting the online reservation form, you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail.
In case of credit card error, even after receiving the confirmation e-mail, your booking may be cancelled.
If you do not receive an automated confirmation e-mail, you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly. In this case, please contact us.
We require 72 hours notice of cancellation or any changes to your reservation prior to your scheduled arrival otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
* For reservations cancelled BEFORE 23:59 three days before the scheduled check-in date, there will be no cancellation charge.
* For reservations cancelled between 00:00 and 23:59 two days before the scheduled check-in date,the cancellation charge will be 30% of the fee for the first night.
* For reservations cancelled between 00:00 and 23:59 the day before the scheduled check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the fee for the first night.
* For reservations cancelled after 00:00am on the scheduled check-in date the cancellation charge will be 100% of the fee for the first night.
*In case where no notice of cancellation is received (no-show), guests will be charged 100% of the total booking.
*In cases where guests who have booked multiple nights of not show up for their first night and we receive no contact, the remaining nights will be cancelled and the guest will still be charged.
The same charges will apply even when cancellations are made after check-in.
