About Facilities

• Do you have lockers for valuable items？

  Dormitory rooms have small lockers in room or inside the cabin bed, which requires a padlock.
  Free rental padlocks are available at the reception.

• Is there a charge for bath towels, shampoo etc.？

  Free shampoo, conditioner & body soap are provided in common showers rooms.
  Bath towels are provided only for the Suite Room guests. Rental bath towel is available at reception for 100yen.

• Can I reserve a rental bicycle in advance？ 

  No, rental bicycles can not be reserved in advance. They are available on first come first served basis between 8:00AM and 9:00PM.

• Is there a convenience store or public bathes nearby？

  There is a convenience store at 1 minute walk, and supermarket at 5 minute walk from the hostel.
  Also there are public bathes open for public at 10 and 18 minute walk away.

• Do you have a parking lot？

  Car parking is not available at the hostel, however there are coin parking available nearby.
  
  The street in front of K's House Kanazawa is one way. 50 meters before our building, you can find one parking at your left side. If it is full, we can give directions to another coin parking on arrival. Please refer to parking map in the neighborhood.

About Services

• Can you hold my luggage before check-in time ?

  Yes, we can hold your luggage from 8:00am until you will check-in. (currently the reception hours is limited)

• Do you provide any food？

  No, we do not provide any food, however you are free to use our guest kitchen at any time.
  Cutlery, cooking utensils, basic seasonings, microwave etc. are all available. Free coffee and tea are also provided. 

• Can you store my luggage after check-out ?

  Yes, we can store your luggage for free until 20:00 on the day you check-out. (currently the reception hours is limited)

• Do you have any children's rates？

  No, we do not have any children's rates, however children aged 6 years and under may stay free of charge, if they share a bed with parent. Children aged 6 years and under may not stay in dormitory rooms.
